SHELTER CASE MANAGER

The Case Manager provides individual support for homeless men in our cold-weather shelter with a focus on housing and employment solutions. With the help of volunteers from the community, the case manager finds creative ways to overcome housing barriers that include finding benefits, medical services, job training, and more before homeless clients exit during the shelter season and after the shelter closes. The case manager is expected to utilize known housing programs as well as research new or outside the box solutions for shelter clients.
